With a heart for helping widows, Bethel is passionate about speaking with authentic vulnerability on the challenges of navigating grief. She also integrates insights from neuroscience into her writing to illuminate the cognitive aspects of the grieving process.

A first-generation Ethiopian American, Bethel is passionate about creating safe, authentic spaces where women can connect, heal, and reimagine their lives after devastating loss. Through her writing and speaking, she inspires others to find hope and strength, even in the face of unimaginable pain. She currently resides in Washington, D.C., with her beloved pug, Prince.

The post Bethel Stevens first appeared on Addis Books.
