እንግዲህ እናንተስ እንዲህ ጸልዩ። በሰማያት የምትኖር አባታችን ሆይ፥ ስምህ ይቀደስ፤ መንግሥትህ ትምጣ፤ ፈቃድህ በሰማይ እንደ ሆነች እንዲሁ በምድር ትሁን፤ የዕለት እንጀራችንን ዛሬ ስጠን፤ እኛም ደግሞ የበደሉንን ይቅር እንደምንል በደላችንን ይቅር በለን፤ ከክፉም አድነን እንጂ ወደ ፈተና አታግባን፤ መንግሥት ያንተ ናትና ኃይልም ክብርም ለዘለዓለሙ፤ አሜን” (ማቴ.6:9-13)። አንድ ሰው ስለ ጸሎት ሊያውቃቸው የሚገባ መሰረታዊ ሃሳቦች አሉ፡፡ ወደ ማን ነው መጸለይ የሚገባው? ማን ነው መጸለይ የሚችለው? እግዚአብሔር የሚመልሰውና የማይመልሰው ጸሎት ምን አይነት ነው? እንዴት መጸለይ አለበት? መቼ? በምን አይነት ሁኔታ? እንዴት እንጸልይ? የሚለውን ጥያቄ መመለስ ውጤታማ ያደርጋል፡፡ ደቀ መዛሙርቱ ጸሎትን አስተምረን ባሉት ገዜ ጌታ ኢየሱስ ክርስቶስ በጥያቄያቸው መሠረት አስተማራቸው፡፡ ከዚህ የምናየው ጸሎት የምንማረው እና በእውቀት ልናደርገው የሚገባ እንደሆነ ነው፡፡ የጸሎትን መርሕ ማወቅ ለስኬታችን ይረዳናልና። የገባኝን ላካፍላችሁ ይህንን ጽፌአለሁ። መልካም ንባብና መልካም ጸሎት!

ዕፅዋት እንዲበቅሉ ማድረጉን፣ በተጨማሪም እንደየወገኑ ሁሉን ሰብስቦ፤የአፈጣጠርና የቦታ ድልድል መስጠቱን መጽሐፉ

ያስረዳል። ቀንና ሌሊትን እንዲለዩ ሁለት ታላላቅ ብርሃናትን ፈጥሮ ትልቁን በቀን ትንሹን ደግሞ በሌሊት እንዲሰለጥኑ

አድርጎ ዘመናትም በእነዚህ ብርሃናት እንዲለዩ ሲያደርግ ዘላለማዊ አሳቡ ያ ብቻ አልነበረም። ነፍስ ያላቸው ተንቀሳቃሾች

ሁሉ፤ በቃሉ አማካኝነት ከውኃ እንዲፈጠሩ ሲያደርግም የእግዚአብሔር የዘላለም አሳቡ ያ ብቻ እንዳልነበር እናስተውላለን።
