“አቤት” ብዬ ፊቴን ወደ እርሷ ሳዞር ፊት ለፊት ወደ ታች እጇን ዘርግታ፡-
“Oh my God, I think that tree is moving!” (ኦ አምላኬ! ያ ዛፍ
ይንቀሳቀሳል) አለች።
“Yaa every tree moves with the wind” (አዎን ማንኛውም ዛፍ በነፋስ
ይነቀሳቀሳል) አልኳት ለማቃለል ብዬ። እንደ እውነቱ ከሆነ እኔም
በከፍተኛ ፍርሀት ውስጥ ነበርኩ።
“No, no I mean it is moving not swinging” (አይደልም አይደልም!
መወዛወዝ ሳይሆን ይንቀሳቀሳል ነው ያልኩህ) አለች ኮስተር ብላ
“What?!” (ምን?!) አልኩ።
“በእርግጥ አይቸዋለሁ! አንድ ጊዜ ወደግራ ሌላ ጊዜ ወደ ቀኝ
ከነሥሩ እንደ ሰው ሲንቀሳቀስ አየሁት” አለች አፏን ከፍታ
በመገረም ።
“ከዚህ አካባቢ በፍጥነት መውጣት አለብን” አልኳት።
“I think so” (እኔም የማስበው እንደዚያ ነው) አለች።
ወዲያው በፍጥነት አዳሙን ሜትሩን እንዲጠቀልል ነገርኩትና
ዕቃዎችን በቦርሳችን እየከተትን ሳለ መልካሙን ብፈልግ አጣሁት።

«ምናለበት» ተብለው ችላ የተባሉ እንደውም እንደበጎ ነገር የሚታዩ ጉዳዮች በጥልቀት ሲቃኙ ያላቸውን አደገኛ ስር እንመለከታለን። በሕይዎት ውስጥ « ቁጭ ብለን የሰቀልነውን ቁመን ማውረድ ሲያቅተን» ሌሎች ድሎት ያሉት ነገር ለሌላው መከራ ሲሆኑ ፣ እንታዘባለን። ፅናት፣ ፍቅር ፣ ስደት ፣ናፍቆት ፣ዓላማ ፣ ሐዘን ፣ደስታ ፣ በውብ ትረካ ተሰድረው እናገኛቸዋለን። እንደቀላል የልጅነት ሁዳዳችን ላይ የተጣለች ቅንጣት የቃል ዘር በኋለኛው ዘመናችን ዛፍ ሁና ጥላዋን በአኗኗራችን ላይ ስታጠላ እንታዘባለን። በመጨረሻም መፅሐፉን ስንከድን የራሳችንን ሕይወት ከፍተን መመልከት እንጀምራለን።

ደራሲ አሌክስ አብርሃም በማህበራዊ ድረገፆች ፣ በመፅሔቶች በሚፅፋቸው በሁሉም ስራዎቹ ከፍተኛ ተቀባይነት ያገኘ ወጣት ደራሲ ነው። ከዚህ በፊት ዶ/ር አሸብርና ሌሎችም ፣ እናት ፍቅር ሐገር፣ ዙቤይዳ ፣ አንፈርስም አንታደስም ፣ ከዕለታት ግማሽ ቀን እንዲሁም ይህ አልተዘዋወረችም የሚል ስራው ተጠቃሽ ናቸው።
